The reasons I’m conflicted

The hot breakfast served near the lobby was a delightful surprise, with a great variety including scrambled eggs, sausage, and fresh coffee.

However, I did experience difficulty with key cards not working properly, which resulted in multiple trips to the front desk to resolve the issue.
